Friendly and kind staff. Delicious breakfast for only 5 euros. Fun parties organized by the hostel. WiFi Nice and chill common areas. Great location for exploring Madrid
Can be noisy at night, especially on the first floor near the bar. Some rooms do not have windows.

The hostel had a perfect location, right in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions. The building itself was beautiful, with a lot of character. The beds were really comfortable and the common area was spacious and cozy. I also enjoyed the delicious selection of breakfast options and the in-house events in the evenings, like the sangria fountain and the Cat's Cave.
The bathrooms were arranged in a locker room style, which meant that they could feel a bit cramped and small. , the pub crawl organized by the hostel was just okay, the clubs visited were not the best and the prices for drinks were a bit steep.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. Whether I wanted to explore different parts of the city or experience the vibrant nightlife, it was all relatively close to this hotel. Secondly, the staff members were super cool and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or recommendations. Lastly, the prices for basic amenities, rooms, and breakfast were well worth it. The attention to detail, from the well-designed rooms to the variety of options at breakfast, made my stay enjoyable and hassle-free.
The only minor issue I encountered was that the room I stayed in was very dark with no windows and a low slanted roof, which caused us to hit our heads a few times. However, when I brought this up with the staff, they promptly gave me a room card to another room.

I absolutely loved the location of this hostel, it was really close to the center and the Puerta del Sol area. the common areas were spacious and allowed me to interact with other guests in a social manner. the beds were comfy and there were personal powerpoints available. the toilets were clean and well-maintained.
That there was only one staff member most of the time, which led to long wait times for assistance or information.
